NEW APPS (Music):
Spotify rolling out stream on X1 & Xfinity Flex customers in the coming days. Giving millions of customers the ability to listen to the audio streaming service’s 50 million music tracks and podcasts directly on the TV, from the comfort of their home.

X1 Customers, just say “Free” into your remote to see what is available to you.
HBO Max Replaces HBO on Bills:
Customers who subscribe to HBO will receive a bill message letting them know that they’ll now see “HBO Max” on their bills instead of “HBO.” HBO Max which includes all HBO channels..
Previous Comcast updates:
Comcast Chairman and CEO Brian Roberts announced that Comcast would fight injustice and inequality against any race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation or ability. The full press release can be viewed at: https://corporate.comcast.com/
Channel Changes:
Launch of Investigation Discovery on the Sports and Entertainment Tier. This television network is dedicated to true crime documentaries.
Digital Video Recording:
Cloud DVR hours will increase from 60 hours to 150 hours, with a rolling launch starting June 16th-26.
Streaming:
Xfinity Stream online content is now available on eligible Chromecast devices, with a rolling launch through June 15.
HBO MAX:
A new streaming service includes the groundbreaking HBO series & documentaries, the best of DC and Warner Bros., award-winning specials & family friendly favorites. HBO Max includes 10,000 hours of content. Xfinity customers can watch HBO Max a number of ways:
- Now: All Xfinity HBO subscribers, including Flex customers, will be able to access HBO Max using their Xfinity ID and password to sign-in to the HBO Max website or app and access the service’s full content library at no additional cost.
- Once HBO Max launches on X1 & Flex, all Xfinity HBO subscribers, including Flex customers, will be able to access HBO Max at no additional cost on their X1 or Flex device.
BROADCAST TV FEES:
Due to recent contract negotiations w/ local TV providers, Xfinity is reducing the Broadcast TV fee for Xfinity Video customers. The cost reductions range from $0.10 to $3.40 per month, we began notifying customers via bill message beginning May 18, which is the same day customers will begin to see the monthly rate decrease. Customers may call in to Customer Care for inquiries about the message received.
MOBILE:
5G is has on the Horizon it is the new 5th generation cellular network currently being rolled out in US and other countries. It continues to build upon the benefits of the current 4G LTE technology yet offers faster speeds. Xfinity Mobile does have 5G-enabled plans and 2 devices to choose from that are 5G capable with more on the way.
NEW APPS(Music):
New to X1, XITE is a music-video streaming service that is sure to excite the more visual fans of the music community, giving them the best way to experience music videos. To explore XITE content, you can browse by genres, themes, artists, moods and more, or search by title to find a specific music video.
XFINITY MOVIE PREMIERE:
A brand-new service NBCUniversal announced, that Universal Pictures will make its movies available in the home on the same day as their global theatrical releases, as current circumstances have made it more challenging to view our films. Say “Xfinity Movie Premiere” into the Voice Remote to start watching
