Comcast Services Update for Seasonal Campers

3 Options for Installs:
- “Home Drop-off Program” w/ indoor tech assist is on a case by case basis. This service has rolled to a $39.99 fee. For information visit https://www.xfinity.com/Prepare
- “Self-Pick-Up & Install” Check w/ Customer Care to see if your home qualifies you to pick up equipment from an XFINITY STORES as they have all reopened.
- “Self-Install Kit Shipped” Contact Customer Care to have equipment shipped to you. Standard shipping is complimentary. Priority Shipping will have a $29.95 fee applied to the account.
Xfinity Equipment Returns:
- At the UPS Store
- Via free UPS Pickup
- At Xfinity Stores (where open)

On-Demand Releases:
AMC Theater & Universal Pictures come to an historical agreement. Some Premium movies will have an option to order 17 days after release via On-Demand…check out the details here!

Digital Video Recording:
Cloud DVR hours will increase from 60 hours to 150 hours.
Streaming:
Xfinity Stream online content is now available on eligible Chromecast devices.
BROADCAST TV FEES:
Due to recent contract negotiations w/ local TV providers, Xfinity is reducing the Broadcast TV fee for Video customers from $0.10 to $3.40 per month, customer bill messaging began May 18.
The new 5th generation 5G cellular network is rolling out. Building upon the benefits of the current 4G LTE technology yet offers faster speeds. Xfinity Mobile currently has 5G-enabled plans, 2 devices to choose from that are 5G capable w/ more on the way.
NEW APPS (Music):
Spotify, stream music tracks & podcasts directly on the TV from the comfort of your home, available on X1 & Flex
XITE is a music-video streaming for visual fans of the music community. Explore content, browse by genres, themes, artists, moods & more, or search by title to find a specific music video.
XFINITY MOVIE PREMIERE:
A new service NBCUniversal announced, makes movies available in the home on the same day as their global theatrical releases. Say “Xfinity Movie Premiere” into the Voice Remote to start watching.
NEW APPS FOR X1 & Flex

Sling TV offers more niche subscription packages & a la carte channels, such as Sling Latino, Sling World Sports & the largest collection of international content featuring programming in over 20 languages.
HBO Max (On Flex, Launching on X1 Soon!) a number of way to watch.
HULU, Stream thousands of TV & Movies, includes HULU originals.
