Monthly Camping May 1st-October 15th

• All monthly campsites are equipped with a picnic table, water, sewer, and 30 / 50-amp metered electricity hookups.
• Monthly reservations include Wifi, however, if a consistent, internet connection is required, contact Comcast to arrange for a short-term account.
• Monthly campers get 2 FREE Guest Passes for each month of camping. Passes are a one-time use.
• Guest Admission: $6 daily except Holidays. Holiday Admission for Guests of Monthly campers is $10 per person
• Electric charges are not included in the monthly rate. Electricity is metered and charged by the kilowatt. The meter is read at arrival and departure.
• Use of the amenities at the resort, such as the heated pool, hot tub, lake, activities, and a leash-free dog park is included with the monthly rate. *Our hot tub is for campers only who are 17 or older.
• Monthly sites accommodate RV’s only; no pop-ups or tents.
• Monthly rates are based on 2 adults + 2 kids or less. The number of occupants in your party will be verified by a gate attendant at CHECK-IN.
• Camping rates do not include 5% Village of Volo Tax. 
• Lead times for Monthly reservations can range from 2-4 months. Sorry, we don’t take reservations for Monthly sites online and we don’t keep a waitlist. 
• Dogs must be leashed at all times unless they’re inside our dog park.
  • Compliance with the dog park-posted rules is required.
  • Dog waste must be picked up.
  • Dogs are not permitted on the sandy sections of the beach or in the roped-off swimming area.
  • Loud or incessant barking will not be tolerated.

Additional Reservation Details

• Monthly reservations require a $500 deposit, the balance is due at check-in.
• To Cancel: Call 847-546-2228. If you get our voicemail, please leave your name and phone number so we can call you back.
• Cancellation Terms: To cancel and receive a partial refund we require 2 days or more notification prior to the date of your arrival.  The cancellation fee is calculated at 20% of the deposit. If your notification is 1 day or less before the arrival date there is NO refund.
• Check-In 4pm and Check-Out 3pm
• Check-In: A pre-check email will be emailed to you the day before you arrive. Please open it and follow the instructions to expedite check-in on your day of arrival. When you arrive you’ll be welcomed by a gate attendant who will provide you with a vehicle pass, and campground map, wifi password, obtain a copy of your DL, read the electric meter, and escort you to your site.  Early check-in is subject to availability. call 847-546-2228 on the morning of your arrival to inquire. A $25 early check-in fee will apply (11a-3:00p).  Check-in before 11am is not allowed.
• Check-Out: Please stop at the gate as you exit to let the gate attendant know that you are checking out. We will collect the last meter reading and charge your credit card on file.
• Campers may park up to TWO vehicles on their campsite.
• Reserved sites cannot be sublet to others. If a reservation is booked and found to be a sublet the reservation will be cancelled without refund and the occupants ejected.
• IMPORTANT: Please help prevent sewage problems-do not flush paper towels, feminine hygiene products, and wipes, including those marked as “flushable wipes” cannot be put in toilets. They don’t disintegrate, get tangled in our pumps, and cause sewage to overflow on the ground and possibly inside the trailer. Please dispose of these in your bathroom waste basket. Thank You.
