Monthly Camping May 1st-October 14th

All monthly campsites are equipped with a picnic table, water, sewer, and 30 / 50-amp metered electricity hookups.
Monthly reservations include Wifi, however, if a consistent, internet connection is required, contact Comcast to arrange for a short-term account.
Monthly campers get 2 FREE Guest Passes for each full month (30 days) of camping. Passes are a one-time use.
Electric charges are not included in the monthly rate. Electricity is metered and charged by the kilowatt. The meter is read at arrival and departure.
Use of the amenities at the resort, such as the heated pool, hot tub, lake, activities, and a leash-free dog park is included with the monthly rate.
Monthly sites accommodate RV’s only; no pop-ups or tents.
Monthly rates are based on 2 adults + 2 kids or less.
Monthly camping fees are subject to the 5% Village of Volo Tax.
Lead times to reserve monthly sites can range from 2-4 months. Sorry, we do not take reservations for Monthly sites online and we do NOT keep a waitlist.

Monthly Rate: $1000.00 per month, plus metered electric

Additional Reservation Details

Monthly reservations require a $500.00 deposit, the balance is due at check-in.
To Cancel: Call 847-546-2228. If you get our voicemail, please leave your name and phone number so we can call you back. We do not accept cancellations via email.
Cancellation Terms: To cancel and receive a partial refund we require 2 days or more notification prior to the date of your arrival. The cancellation fee is calculated at 20% of the deposit. If your notification is 1 day or less before the arrival date there is NO refund.
Check-In 4pm and Check-Out 3pm
Check-In: Monthly campers check in at the gatehouse. A Fish Lake Beach gate attendant will escort you to your site, provide a vehicle pass, campground information, and obtain check-in signatures as well as the meter reading. Early check-in is subject to availability. Call 847-546-2228 on the day of your arrival to find out if early check-in is possible. A $25 early check-in fee will apply (11am-3:30pm). Check-in before 11am is not allowed.
Check-Out: To check-out, please let the gate attendant know that you are checking out as you exit. We will collect the last meter reading and charge your credit card on file.
Campers may park up to TWO cars on their campsite.

For Your Safety: A rescue ring with rope is at the lake near the rules sign. All watercraft users must wear life jackets. Your safety and your family’s safety is your responsibility: swim at your own risk and boat at your own risk at our lake and pool. Please familiarize yourself with the Pool, Lake and Beach information below before you arrive.

Daily Pool Hours & Info

Daily Adults Only 9am-11am AND 8pm-10pm* unless there’s an event at the pool*
Daily Family Time 11am-8pm
Daily Closed 5pm-6pm for maintenance
Fish Lake Beach campers and their guests may use the heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, and lake at no charge; the pool(s) and hot tub are for campers only.
Pool and hot tub open Memorial Day Weekend, May 24, 2024** if the air temperature is 68 degrees or above**
Pool and hot tub close September 8, 2024
No swimming alone. No Lifeguard On Duty. Swim at Your Own Risk. Children must be accompanied and supervised by parents or adults.

Beach Dates & Info

Beach Hours: Sunrise to Sunset
Boat Rental: 9am-6:00pm*** boats must be on shore by 6pm***
Fish Lake and Beach are open to the public on WEEKDAYS only, May 28, 2024-September 20, 2024 with admission or a Beach Pass.
Fish Lake and Beach are open for campers EVERY DAY, May 24, 2024-October 6, 2024.
Fish Lake is monitored by the Lake County Health Department. Campers that wish to cancel due to lake closures will not receive a refund. Closures are beyond our control.

Activities and the use of our pool, beach, playground, pavilion, rec halls and piers depend on the IDPH and Illinois Governor’s mandates for Covid-19. Activities may be modified or cancelled for safety and compliance purposes. We will make every effort to provide recreational options for our campers. Updates will be published in our Weekly Fish-Tastic newsletter. The newsletter appears on CampersApp, Facebook and the News section of our website as well as a handout available at our store and the gatehouse.
