- We have the lowest cost, secured Winter Storage for boats and RV’s in the area.
- Our Winter Storage is ONE FLAT FEE, Just $250.00 per unit, plus 5% Village of Volo tax. One unit per space.
- Storage spaces are within the Fish Lake Beach gated property; outdoors and uncovered.
- We have HUNDREDS OF SPACES TO RENT for Winter Storage!
- Call 847-546-2228 to reserve by phone OR come in with your boat or RV on or after October 16th or after and we’ll find a space that fits.
- We do not prorate the winter storage fee for units brought in after Oct 16th.
- Access to the campground (and your stored RV or boat) is weather dependent AFTER November 1st, 2024 and not possible after November 18th-April 1st for pick-ups in 2025.
- Pick up of your unit in March is weather-dependent.

We have LOTS of SPACES!
It’s quick and easy! Our reservation staff will collect your information and payment, credit or debit card only.
- When you arrive (on or after October 16th) we’ll give you a sticker for your storage space, just attach it to the hitch (or a visible spot) park and GO!
- The credit card on file will be charged $25.00 per day, IF your unit is not picked up by April 1st 2025.
- All units MUST BE REMOVED BY April 1st, 2025. We cannot allow units to remain on the property.
Winterizing
- Sign up for winterizing when you reserve your winter storage space.
- Basic winterizing starts at $100.00
- Preparation for screen room canopies is not included in winterizing services.
- In and out access during the winter is weather-dependent.
